About Our Rescue Group:

Camp Cocker Rescue is a California rescue group that specializes in rescuing Cocker Spaniels from high-kill shelters in southern California. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We place our dogs throughout California.

Come Meet our Pets:

Our adoptable dogs are in foster homes and boarding facilities in northern and southern California. We are always looking for more foster homes in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas. Please consider fostering a rescue dog!

Our Adoption Process:

The first step in our application process is our online adoption application, which can be found at We follow up applications with a phone interview, veterinarian reference check, and home safety check.

Our adoption fees range from $350 to $500 depending on the age of the dog. Our younger dogs' fees are higher to help us be able to continue to rescue senior and medical needs dogs that cost us so much to save.
